Lill is from Dominican Republic and began her career redesigning processes for Human Resources in the private sector before joining a global fuels corporation where she supported multiple countries in different HR roles. She then moved into operations leadership for 10 years, focusing on operational excellence with a framework of leading with kindness and empathy. As the company underwent several acquisitions, she shifted to change management and process redesign. Lill also worked as a consultant for small- and medium-sized businesses in Dominican Republic as part of a project from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to support entrepreneurs and advise on strategic planning and operations.
After moving to Minnesota, and while pursuing her goal of using her skills on mission-driven work, Lill joined the higher education industry where she coached leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and promoted equity and inclusion among employees.
She now brings her expertise in strategic operations planning to LEDC were understanding the challenges of navigating a new culture herself, she’s excited to shine a light on all the wonderful things Latinos have to offer.
