The Director of Operations will serve as a key member of the leadership team. This strategic role involves oversight of organizational operations ensuring alignment with LEDCs long-term goals and mission. The Director of Operations will be responsible for comprehensively developing and implementing policies and procedures across multiple areas, including, but not limited to IT, Board of Directors, Finance, Property Operations, Business Development, Lending, and Strategic Development.
The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for assisting in administering all aspects of the loan program including loan servicing, preparing loan approval letters and loan closing documents, perfecting collateral, maintaining loan files and preparing regular reports related to the loan program.
The Advancement Associate is a dynamic and passionate individual who will play a vital role in the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and communications and a deep commitment to building wealth in Minnesota’s Latino community.
