The Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for articulating LEDC’s mission, vision and work, and leads the work to implement communications strategies that advance the organization’s goals. This role is highly collaborative, working alongside programs to highlight the organization’s mission and work.
The Business Development Associate will help expand LEDC’s strong client relationship culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior services knowledge in Minnesota.
The Customer Service Associate (Front Desk Coordinator) serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role involves acting as a liaison for all LEDC departments including business development, lending, agriculture, and general inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations.
The Asset Manager will manage and oversee the programming, maintenance and evaluation of all LEDC –owned facilities. As of 2025 LEDC owns 3 properties. The position will be responsible for ensuring that our assets are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and properly capitalized. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by managing our physical resources effectively.
The Advancement Associate is a dynamic and passionate individual who will play a vital role in the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and communications and a deep commitment to building wealth in Minnesota’s Latino community.
