On October 8th, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), launched a Spanish-language version of its QuestionBuilder app aiming to help Spanish-speaking communities prepare for their medical appointments and access the information they’ll need for their visit, whether in person or via telehealth.

The app, which can be downloaded for free on various devices, allows users to create a list of key questions they want to ask their provider.

Among other things, it also provides guidance about the type of visit and allows for uploading photos or medication and test information.

Users can also find updated information about the pandemic as well as the nearest vaccination sites.

Anyone can use QuestionBuilder in Spanish, regardless of insurance type or status.
