Caitlin Skinner

Caitlin joined LEDC in June 2023 to lead development and communications functions in order to advance the organization’s mission and work. Prior to joining LEDC, Caitlin supported CDFIs and nonprofit organizations as a fund development consultant. In this new role, Caitlin most looks forward to working with LEDC’s committed team and community partners to support Latino and BIPOC-owned businesses in Minnesota and beyond.

Caitlin earned a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and nonprofit management from Indiana University-Bloomington. When not joining her new LEDC colleagues at the organization’s St. Paul headquarters, Caitlin can be found spending time with her daughter, rowing on the Mississippi River in the summers, and cross-country skiing in the winters.
