After studying Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, Ana worked at Voices for Racial Justice and Women for Political Change in operations and development. After taking some time away from nonprofit work, Ana is excited to be a part of the LEDC team. Ana is a first generation Peruvian-American and seeks to use their knowledge of fundraising and communications to make a meaningful impact on the Latinx community. When not working at LEDC, you can find Ana at home with their pets or at the pool with the Subversive Sirens, a local synchronized swimming team committed to Black liberation, equity in swimming/aquatic arts, radical body acceptance, and queer visibility.
