Aileen Rosa Sánchez (Seoane, Kasper) is an entrepreneurial strategist with a successful career increasing revenue, building community, and furthering organizational missions. She currently serves as Director of Donor Services and Special Projects at NEO Philanthropy in New York City. Aileen also serves as a member of the Latino Economic Development Center board and Advancement Committee and she serves as the Co-Chair of the City of Lakes Rotary Foundation.

Aileen received her BA from Oberlin College in Ohio and MBA from Augsburg University in Minnesota. Aileen also participated in life-long learning opportunities, including the Oberlin College Community Action Fellowship, Mayo Clinic Bronze Quality Fellowship, Association of Fundraising Professionals IDEA Fellow, Metro State University Community Development Careership, Hispanics in Philanthropy Next Generation Philanthropy Fellowship, and more.

Aileen’s previous philanthropic portfolio includes Mayo Clinic, the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota, and various Twin Cities nonprofits, as well as political and foundation engagement. Aileen served as a founding board member of the Latino Economic Development Center in Minnesota and also the New World School of the Arts Alumni Foundation in her hometown of Miami, Florida. She has also helped build diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at various institutions and is a certified Racially Conscious Collaborator.

A first-generation Cuban-American who learned English on Sesame Street, she now lives with her family and a small menagerie of animals in North Minneapolis. Aileen enjoys spending time with her family, running, singing, and her faith communities.
