Programs

Business Development

LEDC is a pioneer in helping Latino entrepreneurs thrive. We use effective tools and provide the know-how needed to start and grow a business. This powerful collaborative effort is securing an important economic base for the next generation.

Employment and Training

We are a hub for Spanish-language adult education in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their goals by receiving technical and business instruction designed for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Lending

The number of Latino entrepreneurs seeking financing to open businesses in the Twin Cities is growing, but their access to traditional sources of funding remains limited. We provide the guidance and capital our clients need to start and grow their businesses.

Agriculture

Together, we can cultivate a thriving community. We’re planting the seeds of respect, pride, and financial freedom for future generations of Minnesota Latinos.

By joining together as business leaders,

we are defining our future.
